Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, all sales are final. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact me, and I'll do my best to help.
What if i file a chargeback and then cancel it?
If a chargeback is filed against my business, even if later canceled, I am still charged a fee by my bank. Because of this, any open orders linked to a chargeback will be canceled and refunded. Please reach out if you have concerns before filing a chargeback.
